Key project wins:

• Over 1,900 images, shot across 12 days, were curated and comprehensively arranged into intuitive folder structures for delivery.
• Our simple and easy to use interface meant the cast only needed to spend 1 day doing their approvals.
• The final set of organised images were delivered back to the client after only 4 working days of Image Approvals receiving them.
• 77% of images were approved, leaving the client with just under 1,400 images to use for their distributing needs.

Their pain:

• With only 1 cast member with approvals, and over 1,900 stills from shooting, the client needed an efficient way to streamline the approvals process.

Our solution

• The client supplied us with their stills and we got to work with curating, tagging and uploading to the platform.
• We then created secure individual accounts for the production team and the cast, and provided easy-to-follow user guides so that the production didn’t have to field any support requests during the process.
• Once the cast had completed their approvals, we supplied the final set of stills, along with reports to act as a full audit trail of all kills made.

Timeline:

August 16^th – Original images received.

August 16^th – All images tagged and uploaded.

August 21^st – Actor access granted for approvals online.

August 21^st – Approvals process completed, images organised into manageable folders and delivered back to the client.

I'm part of the marketing team for WTA Media and we engaged with Image Approvals to help streamline our talent approvals process for one of our larger feature films, Redeeming Love.
