With the latest version of Image Approvals, you can grant individual users the right to download single low-res JPGs hosted on the approvals system.
Download permissions are fully configurable:
- A producer can download anything and everything
- A PR firm can download only cast-approved images
- A social media manager can download only approved images that have also been marked as a key select
You can even enable personally identifiable watermarks so images can be shared internally without risk of leaking. And because permissions are tied to specific user accounts, only the right people ever access your stills.
This is particularly useful for productions that cannot wait until cast have completed all of their stills approvals and who need to get a first look image out quickly.
