Their pain

We were approached by unit publicist, Christelle Randall, who needed an easy and cost-effective solution for managing the talent approvals for Channel 5 / Fable Pictures production, Anne Boleyn.

Our solution

Wanting the easiest and quickest solution, the team on Anne Boleyn opted for our full-service package.

They supplied their stills to us once they’d wrapped via hard drive and we got to work tagging cast, resizing images and uploading to the platform.

We then created accounts for their cast and suppled Welcome Packs to production to forward on to them. These welcome packs contained the casts’ unique log in information and a quick user guide so that production did not have to field any support requests across this process.

We also supplied accounts for the show’s unit publicist, it’s producer, and a member of the Channel 5 team so they could streamline their own selects and kills alongside the cast’s approvals.

Once cast had completed their approvals, we supplied the images back to production separated into Killed, Approved and Approved Selects folders along with kill reports auditing all kills and selects made by each user.

Jan 26^th – We received approximately 5,000 stills from Anne Bolyen.

Jan 27^th – All images were online and ready for cast to begin their approvals.

Feb 17^th – All actors completed their approvals.
