Our solution

• The client supplied us with their stills and we got to work with curating, tagging and uploading to the platform.
• We then created secure individual accounts for the production team and the cast, and provided easy-to-follow user guides so that the production didn’t have to field any support requests during the process.
• Once the cast had completed their approvals, we supplied the final set of stills, along with reports to act as a full audit trail of all kills made.

Timeline:

August 21^st – Actor access granted for approvals online.

August 21^st – Approvals process completed, images organised into manageable folders and delivered back to the client.
